Q: I don't recognize my transaction on my credit card statement

A: GoRun.org has charged your credit card because you have completed an online registration for a past or upcoming  road race, walk, triathlon or bicycling event., or you have made a charitable contribution on someone else's behalf supporting a road race, walk, triathlon or bicycling event they are participating in. Q: I signed up for a race and there are two charges, but I only registered once. Can I get a refund?

A: Yes, please click here to submit your request.

Q: I am registered for an event, but I am injured, and have a note from my doctor that states I should not run. Can I get a refund?

A: No, there is a no refund policy. You must contact the event organizer directly for any exceptions.

 

Q: I cannot participate in the race, but I am registered. Can I transfer my registration to a friend?

A: No, transfers are not allowed. You must contact the event organizer directly for any exceptions.
